Wilson’s Deer Processing is a locally owned, family-operated deer processing business with 15+ years of experience. Owned by Jeff and Kristi Wilson, we take pride in delivering quality, care, and consistency in every harvest we process.
From deer burger and jerky to sausages, tamales, and more, we treat every deer like it’s our own—because that’s how family does it.
